About The Project
Riteway Builders is a family owned custom home builder based in Emmett, Idaho, serving the Boise area and the Treasure Valley. Their work is visual, so the finished homes needed to be the hero of the website experience, with an easy way for visitors to explore projects by the type of home and key features.
Project Overview
The goal of this project was to modernize Riteway Builders’ website with a focus on showcasing completed homes through a clean, image forward layout and a photo gallery experience that helps visitors quickly sort and browse projects.
To support that, I built a dedicated Project Showcase system in WordPress using a custom post type and Advanced Custom Fields. Each project includes structured specs plus a full image set, making it easy for Riteway to publish new work consistently while keeping the front end polished and searchable.
Results
The finished site highlights Riteway’s craftsmanship with a prominent project gallery, sortable project photos by category, and a repeatable project template that keeps every new build consistent and easy to manage. Visitors can quickly find the style of home they are looking for, and Riteway can add new projects without rebuilding layouts each time.
